leah

Leah is the first woman in Canada to specialize in men’s image and has been optimizing men’s presentation since 2004.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (Theatre: Design - costume), Fashion Design studies, and a certification in Image Consulting, Leah has a solid working knowledge of design, textiles, clothing construction and fit, costume history, and the psychological aspects of clothing. Trained in dance and yoga,  Leah understands movement, gesture, and posture as the language the body speaks.

Her experience with men is as eclectic as she is: Leah has engaged thousands of men in frank conversations about safer sex and social issues while volunteering for the AIDS Committee of Toronto in the gay men's outreach program, led image workshops for youth-at-risk groups and sports media students, researches the fascinating masculine condition, helped out with the Globe and Mail’s first "Suitable" men’s makeover, and started her career in 1986 in Eaton’s menswear department.
